I am excited to announce that I am rolling out the newest addition to our services, virtual consulting. Inspired by the discussions and experiences of our first year in business, we found a real need to provide our guidance at approachable rates with no long-term commitment. Our goal in these consultations is that our clients walk away with clear action items and knowledge of the challenges they are facing and the new projects they launch.
We've all had that moment when, in our gut, we question, "Is this being done correctly?" This happens even more frequently in new business ventures and construction projects. Foxtail Studios LLC's new consulting service is an opportunity for professional experience and guidance at an approachable rate. During the appointment, we dive into the project to understand the purpose and goals of the new work, ask questions, and provide guidance and answers to address those answers. Formulated responses are custom to the client's circumstances. I've included two examples of clients who both benefit from the early engagement of professional consultations.

A couple saves for the renovation of their dream home. Not wanting to jeopardize their goals or budget, we work with them to formulate the all-in commitment. The responsibilities of an owner of a single-family home, are similar to that of a developer, but most have less experience and are given less transparency in the construction process. Our consultation dives into the expected cost across all phases of work by providing categories for the client to go out and receive bids. The contractor's number at times will exclude specific scopes from the project surprising the owner with additional cost. The couple had an increase in confidence by understanding how to communicate and framing the conversation around responsibilities.
